WHO WE ARE

Our Roots

Though it's been called by various names, this organization began as a grassroots women empowering women organization for the west side communities of greater Indianapolis. Started in 1973, what we now call HCPW, was created to and for women to build their professional lives, mentorship, networking, and supporting women of all ages through education opportunities.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit public charity organization aimed at supporting professional women in Hendricks County. Monthly meetings provide an opportunity for our members to collaborate with community-focused women to address authentic issues facing women, connect in response to inspirational messages, and cultivate support for the next generation of local professional women.

ACTIVITIES

Bringing Change

COLLABORATE

At HCPW, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in supporting our sisters to grow in community. Support is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.

CONNECT

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for and ways to network and share. Networking is something that we take very seriously, and we work toward making a positive impact in our members businesses and lives.

CULTIVATE

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for women throughout Hendricks County. With access to the right resources, women can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
